Observing

There are a few things that I've noticed this year in my surroundings, and those are: more butterflies, birds hang out longer, new wild flowers, and my tulips plus allium flowers didn't bloom. It had to do with the warm winter we had, and the odd weather in March I think.

Cruising Is the Best Way to Vacation

My first cruise was about 10 years ago, and I didn't do too well on that trip. I was sea sick for most of the five days cruise, and after taking some medications, I slept through many events. It wasn't at all fun for me, but the memory of being with family was still a treasure.

However, my recent cruising holidays with my sisters proved to be the perfect choice for all of us, and I had no problem at all. The main reason for this change was that we stayed in a room with a balcony.

Spring Break In Turkey

By the sea
I met very few people that don't like to travel. Once you see a different part of this wonderful world, you will catch that "traveling bug" as they say. Although I have not yet living out my dream of exploring the planet, my children have traveled to many more places than I did.

For spring break from college two years ago, my daughter and her friends decided on holidays to turkey as their destination. They wanted to experience different culture, climate, and tradition to enrich their learning.

Candle Holder Flowers

Pink Flowers
At the front of my sister's yard, there were two of these beautiful flower bushes, pink and white. She didn't know what their names are, so I called them candle holder flowers since the heart of these flowers looked like sap, and there was a little stem came out of it.

Clean Your Rug With Green Choice

There is something I noticed in my shopping behavior, and that is I'm drawn to anything that labeled "green or earth friendly". I am even willing to pay a little more for whatever products that I need.

I want to do my bit in reserving the environment with whatever way I can.

Green Choice, a company based in New York City, comes out with Green Cleansers, and offers nyc ny rug cleaning service. They only use green solutions to get the job done without the long lasting effect in our world.

Chose Turkey For Your Next Vacation

Situated in the Middle East, Turkey is surrounded by the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Aegean Sea, and Sea of Marmara. It is also known for ancient ruins of Troy, which was discovered by an amateur archaeologist, Heinrich Schliemann, a German businessman in 1870.

Traveling on cheap holidays to turkey has somewhat become a popular choice, especially to Istanbul. There are plenty of entertainment celebrations and cultural festivals taking places year round.

Go Ahead, Search For Cheap Holiday!

Before many big and different travel search websites come online, I find myself typed in Google the two most popular key words of all: cheap holiday when an opportunity to travel comes up. In fact, the word "cheap" had yielded many wonderful results, and some time surprisingly at amazing prices.

New Zealand Was On Our List

New Zealand Vacation
When my oldest boy was offered a position as sommelier on the Princess cruise ship, we were all so excited with the idea of traveling around the world. We looked up on the internet, and tried to Find New Zealand Flights online with Dial A Flight. He was supposed to be in the South Pacific Ocean part of the globe, and New Zealand was on his agenda.

Have You Checked Your Spam Folder?

Who knows why I bother to click on the spam folder in my blogs, but I sure glad I did! I found a bunch of comments from my close blogging friends in there, among with anonymous and "jibbish-foreign-characters"  comments, which really surprised me to see.

The Ocean View At SB State Beach

 HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Sail Boats Race
There was a sail boats race the day we were there! Even though the sun was shining and the water surface was shimmering, it was cold and windy. We wore winter jackets on shore, and these sail boats racers wore their protected wet suits.

Managing Your Online Reputation

I have been playing around with the HTML codes on my blogs for the last couple of months, and finally today I'm happy to say that it is where I wanted it. I am a novice when it comes to HTML, but my web design classes from way back in college really came in handy, and useful.

I know the basic of HTML language, and have to figure out slowly on how to add or change things. However, my reputation in this area is exceeded my skill according to my friend Judy, just because I help installed some snippet codes for her blogs on occasions.

Having a good reputation suits me just fine and is something I thrive for. This includes everything I do such as taking pictures, writing reliable articles, or just being a faithful supported friend. My online image is as important to me as in my real life.

Scenic View At SB State Beach

View of the Privilege
Seeing these big, beautiful sail boats at Santa Barbara State Beach harbor, my first thought directed me to the rich and privilege! California is known for its high costs of living, expensive properties, and Santa Barbara is included.

My Rock Patio Area

Who wouldn't like to have beautiful patio pavers to sit in the sun and sipping ice cold lemonade? I wanted to have an area in my backyard for this very purpose, and in fact have tried to create one myself. My daughter, her friends (boys and girls), and I dug up bushes.

Dreaming Of a Vacation In Thailand

Thailand
This is the time of year when I want to escape to a warmer climate. April's weather has not been so kind. In fact, it was even colder than March, and I caught spring fever; thus, I begin to search for flights to thailand.

Why, you might ask! Thailand is one of the countries that I fancy to visit again. I remembered how beautiful it was way back in 1975 when we stayed there for a few months. The magnificent temples and beautiful beaches remained a pleasant memory in my heart.

Opting For Natural and Organic Products

This post brought to you by Whitney Farms. All opinions are 100% mine.

PhotobucketI always opt for anything natural and organic whenever possible, and for more than 10 years that I've live at my current dwelling, I have not used any chemical around my house yet. Last year, I broke down and bought a bottle of weed killer, but it sat in my garage still. I don't have the gut to use it as my children love to play outside.

The picture above is my irises garden, and I would love to use organic soil and organic plant food to feed this area as the nutrients are so needed here. I can tell because my irises are half the size of what they used to be.

Cheap Egypt Holidays

Egypt
I love the internet as it gives opportunities to so many people in many different ways. It opens to a bigger world, and also makes things a lot easier. For example, the search option has the most significant use of all. If I need to know anything, any time of day, I can look for it and get results instantly.

When viewing a blogger's site, who happened to travel to Egypt, I find myself looking at cheap egypt holidays just to have an idea on the cost. By looking it up, I also surprisingly learn some new things, and it is exhilarating!
