Ty Wonder Sea Center At SB State Beach

Purple Star Fish
My sister, PreciousKD, and her husband have passes to this Ty Wonder Sea Center at Santa Barbara State Beach. So away they went with the kids inside while us the adults took cover under the porches of stores.

I gave JoJo my camera and told him to go crazy with photographing! Of course, all of these pictures in this post belonged to him. I can't take credit for them. I think he did a great job considering the photos were taken through a glass panel.

Octopus
Judging from the many tentacles, I believes this is an octopus and this side is rarely seen! Don't you think it is interesting from this view point?

Jelly Fishes
JoJo also took some awesome jelly fish photos, and I love this one! It looked like something out in space. I have no idea what the circle thing was, but it made one great object for photo opt!

Sea Critters and the Kids
This mosaic showed many of the sea critters, and the children all got to touch them, including a baby shark! Just by looking at these photos, you can tell that they've learned quite a bit, and their curiosity is met!

  12. I took a bunch of pictures through a glass panel, and silly me! They all came out with a bright flash reflection. JoJo did great with these and didn't make the mistake I did.

    I see he's got his mum's talents.

  20. JoJo did a fantastic job on the photos, those are all beautiful. I love aquariums and go every time we run across one. The creature with lots of legs is a multi-legged starfish. The octopus only has eight legs.
