View Around My Temporary Dwelling
My Hummingbird
If you look really close, you would see a hummingbird by these purple flowers branch. It was the only decent photo of the hummingbird that I stalked after every chance I had. It teased me mercilessly the entire time I was there.
These purple flowers grew against a white wall in my sister's backyard, and they attracted these hummingbirds.
The View Around My Dwelling
Since my daily routine was messed up, I went to snap photos of where I was! Jet lag and exhausted with fragmented sleep, I didn't feel very together. Time was also limited so I didn't get to see much of Santa Barbara as we had originally planned.
When we traveled with a group of people, the best thing for all of us to do was to be absolutely and completely adjustable to everyone else's schedule too.

You did very well to capture this hummer. (I'm ashamed to confess how long it took me to see him...I kept looking at the purple picture higher up and trying to make that a hummer. Ridiculous!) Looks like a beautiful location that you were visiting. That you didn't have time to look around more only means that you must return.
