Allow me to be honest and truthful here about aging, and that is: it sucks! I have nothing against it, and I'm embraced it gracefully. The only exception that tags along with growing old is: I'm not thrill about the pain/ache and tiresome.
Long ago, when I watched my father nodding off with noises all around, I always wondered how he could do that. Well now, I'm in his shoes, though not sure if I understand how it happens either.
I got tired easily and quickly. I go to bed early and wake up early. My internal clock went off loudly at the crack of dawn. No fairy tale story could save me or put me back to sleep. Then, during the day, if I'm not on the road, I nodded off after staring at the computer screen for a while. I only need a couple of minutes shut eyes, and I'm good to go again.
These fragmented catnaps often accompanied with startling awakening, and heart pounding at 100 mile per minute race. I don't like it! As for pain and ache, every day my body points to a different area. It sucks, yes, really is!
1) Are you tired at mid-day, and what are you doing about it?
2) Do you think we should have a law allowing people to take a power nap at break time?
