Easter is around the corner, and if the weather is warm enough, you will see people dress in finer clothes, especially for those that go to worship. It's an exciting time of the year, and you will see freshness everywhere you look.

Stores display fancy dresses! People shop for new Easter outfits! Here, I have to admit: I fall out of this shopping tradition for Easter clothes. Not that I don't dress the kids in their best clothes; I just think it's overrated!

I believe in making the best out of what we already have, and I only shop for clothes at the beginning of the new school year with the exception of other essentials.

Thursday Two Questions #28-Thinking Ahead

We have been teased by the weather this last two weeks, and spring is close but yet still farther than insight as we received sleet last night. There was warning for power outage, and icy road condition.

I'm glad to say that the later two predictions were wrong! No schools were close in our county. I'm just hoping that my daffodils and tulips would survive this changing temperature. They are about two inches in height now, covering under a layer of slush!

These little bite size cookies are available at the Oriental store, and my kids love them.  They chocolate filling inside, and who could refuse chocolate?

They have fun characters on the outside of the cookies, and taste very delicious! There are different version of these filling such as vanilla and strawberry filling also.

ADD and ADHD is a subject closer to my heart, when three years ago my son's teacher called me out of the blue suggesting that he might have ADD. It was an inappropriate behavior on the teacher's part because she was overwhelmed with her personal troubles, and she was hasty in her announcement.

Thursday Two Questions #27-The Disappearing of Great TV Shows

If you have noticed, there are barely any decent shows on television for either adults or children to watch anymore. You will have to scan up and down all the channels to find something with a bit of intelligence to see.

I don't watch television that often, maybe an hour or so before bed time, but to find one that I like is hard enough.

I have to admit I miss the good old days where the shows we watched containing some sorts of moral lessons or value behind them. If you are not watching PBS channel, then all other shows are pretty much not worthy to even pause your remote control.
