Autumn View of Gilbert Lake
Gilbert Lake
JoJo's soccer team traveled to Bloomfield Hills for a beautiful Sunday game, and we saw this Gilbert Lake on the way. Since it is a private lake, there was no place for us to pull over to enjoy the view.
An Autumn View Of The Lake
My oldest son was driving, and has an appreciation for what I do: blogging and taking pictures, so he came to almost a stop right on the road for me to snap a few photos. These were the result of my drive by shooting.
The Colors of Autumn At The Lake
Thai Thai, my oldest son, doesn't seem to bother with my behavior. In fact, he often encourages me to take pictures, or finds things to suggest to me to photograph. It is a wonderful feeling to have the support.

Lovely shots, especially I've fallen for the 2ns shot with bare tree in the foreground!

Your son is sweet :) Those photos are gorgeous. I am so glad you had the time to take them.
ReplyDeleteWonderful, wonderful views of the lake...
ReplyDeleteYou do take beautiful photos.....you have the "knack." That is one thing I do like about living here in Michigan, all the lakes and streams. Eight years ago when we entered Michigan for the first time, driving in to Coldwater from Indiana, there are many big lakes on both sides of the road. I told my husband that this state makes me think of Swiss cheese only the holes are all filled with water......this was quite a change from living on the desert!
ReplyDeleteSo nice to have found your blog and I am your newest follower!
