| Tiny wild purple pansy |
This is not your normal pansy, but rather wild and tiny pansy that I found at the cemetery while planted some flowers at my dad's grave.
 |
| Little purple pansy |
They were very small, and very delicate among the tall grass. They grew randomly and the stem looked too thin to support the flower, but they were made perfectly that way.
 |
| Mostly purple pansy |
I have to say that they were pansies because they smelt like pansies, which are not good I'm afraid but I like them, and have never seen one so tiny before.

They are so pretty. They look like the little purple viola flowers that sprout up voluntarily in our yard.
Lovely flowers, Icy, and your purple actually came out purple. lol

Great shots. I love their little faces.
They are violas, and you've captured them beautifully.
I call them Johnny Jump-Ups! They are so precious, whether sprouting in a lawn or hiding in among taller flowers. So pretty.

What beautiful little flowers to be found growing wild!
I found these in my garden when we moved in. They're exactly the same as the ones pictured. They were also growing wild, so I dug them out and put them in a side border.
I love these!!! there is somethings about sweet Pansies....they just make you smile!!!
Lovely colors. I have never seen a pansy in real life, always in photographs.
Visiting via Crazy Over Purple.
They are so pretty, like three tiers.
They are so lovely and you've captured great details of the markings of the petals.
VERY very lovely. That deep purple is amazing. :)
Great shots Icy. I think the little wild pansies are my favorites, they have a special charm that the others do not.
