A Funny Accident

Guest post written by William Peters

My wife and I had a Super Bowl party last week and we had a really good turnout. We had a lot of our good friends from the neighborhood come. A lot of the married couples in the area are around our age, and they have children that are pretty close in age to our kids. The adults stayed inside and talked before the game and the kids played in the front yard. Before the game even started, my son accidentally threw a football wildly and it ended up cracking one of the windows in the front of the house. It was frustrating but I didn"t want to even think about that much until after the Super Bowl ended and everyone went home.

The party that we held went really well. The kids had a good time playing with each other and the adults seemed to have a lot of fun watching the game at our place. We had more food than we could eat. After the party I went to the Sears website to find some MORE INFO on window replacement options. When you have kids, this kind of thing happens once in a while!

  1. Yes, I totally understand. Kids are expensive to have.

  2. That's the best way to handle something like this, don't interrupt the fun and take care of it later. As you said, with kids around accidents will happen.

  3. Kids are expensive. I have had to replace many a window so I learned how to put them in myself.
