Hawk Landing
These photos belonged to JoJo, and I can't take credit for them. While he was outside with his bunny, this hawk landed right in front of him. He rushed back into the house and fetched the camera.

We had seen this hawk around many times, but often on top of the branches. This was the only time that it came close enough for us to see like this.

Like mother, like son I see. :-). He took these from the perfect angle to show the object in its best light. I notice that your garden is still covered in snow. Hope it clears up soon.
ReplyDeleteLove the close-up, you can see the wildness in the hawk's eyes. Nice nature photography for a child!
ReplyDeleteCool looking hawk and a cool visitor.
ReplyDeleteJoJo did a great job of photographing the hawk. I was worried, though, about the hawk and the bunny, but I guess the bunny is in a cage.

Interesting! I didn't know hawks like to eat berries.

ReplyDeleteIt looks as if JoJo has his mother's flair for taking pictures. He got great shots of the hawk. I think I would have ran away if I saw it. LOL!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful shots.
