All Kind of White Furniture For My Liking
When my daughter turned 18, she wanted to paint her room orange, and had all white bedroom furniture. We looked at different stores and found a chest of drawer, and a dresser in white. I didn't realize how hard it was to look for white furniture pieces.
She painted her room a deep orange tone, and we picked the furniture at a local department store. I had to say, they all came together beautifully since the white drawer and dresser were white, they stood out and gave the room an airy feel to it.
Now, if you search the internet, you will find site like New England Lifestyle offering everything in white from dining room, bed room, living room, mirrors, to office furniture. Personally, white color seems soothing, fresh, and clean to me.
After fixing up my daughter's room, I fall in love with white furniture, and have taken some older pieces in the house out for a make-over with white paint. I think when the kids all moved out and have a family, I will venture out to decorate my house with just white furniture
For now, I will bookmark all the websites that offer furniture in white paint since I still have small children running around with their unique "finger prints"!

ReplyDeleteWhite furniture does tend to make a room look larger. I have some bleached wood pieces. I forgot the terminology. I bought them so long ago. Time for something new. lol
