Purple Calla Lily
There is nothing to take pictures right now in my world, including the sky! As you have seen from my last few posts, my sky was just gray and gloomy. We haven't seen the sun for days, and if we did, the sun only teases us for a couple of hours.
The only places for me to see flowers are either at Meijer or Kroger in their gift department, and these beautiful purple calla lily were found at Meijer. It was joyous moments to just see colors inside for a short time.
I hope everyone had a great holiday with your loved ones, and get used to write 2011 instead. But wait, are we still do long-hand writing anymore? I've switched to "e-this" and "e-that" for quite a while now, so I didn't even used my checkbook anymore.

Such a lovely colour in the calla. Have never seen this colour before. Happy New Year to you and hope your grey sky soon will become blue. .

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures. I love almost anything purple. I tried to grow Calla's one year. One of our daughters loves them....they didn't do so well.
