Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving, I want to wish everyone a HAPPY HOLIDAY!  Eat, relax, and enjoy your company.

If you feel like answering two questions, here they are:

1) Thanksgiving is a time for us to indulge in foods, how do you avoid upset stomach?

2) Do you think about exercise during the holidays?

Icy, Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

1. I really don't avoid an upset stomach at all. I usually get one and just deal with it. The food is to good to ignore :D

2. I walk everyday unless I am not feeling well. So, that is my exercise.

It usually isn't a problem for me, even very spicy foods don't bother me that much.

I think about it but usually just put it out of my mind until after the holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving Icy, I hope you and your family have a wonderful day.

So sorry. Pressed for time today. Thanksgiving for me means good friends like the ones I've met through Thursday Two Questions. I'm thankful that I've discovered you. Happy Thanksgiving and see you again next week.

When I binge I take yogurt after. And since I take a spoonful of coconut oil my tummy calms after such a torturous event. Eating too much does upset and stress our digestion which is why I don't binge often.

1. I try not to drink too much coffee.

2. Exercise? What's that??

Hope you had a wonderful holiday!

The trick is never to over-eat. Never! :-) This is my way, anyway.
I think if you just go out for a walk with your family, this alone is exercise. It's not something many people do a lot, so it gives them an enjoyable activity to do with the family.
I know people don't feel like walking after a big meal, but (normal paced) walking is one of the most helpful things to do if you've had a lot to eat.

I am very picky so I don't eat too many things around Thanksgiving.

I think about exercise around this time. I walk and I dance to some of my favorite songs.

Icy, I don't eat like I once did. A dollop of this and a dollop of that. I skip over many things. After all eating is to save a life, not take it and I can enjoy dinner without "eating the whole thing" like the alka selzer commercial. lol

I have a mini trampoline and a cardio fit work out machine, but neither are used as much as they should be. Does chasing pictures count as exercise?

I hope you had a wonderful day. I'd tell you to take it easy once in awhile, but I know better.

Blessings, Judy
