Lavender Cabbage Flower

Is this color pink, or lavender? I think it is a cross between the two colors! Nestling between all the colorful mums is this ornament cabbage flower! I wonder if we can eat them, or if they are the same as the purple cabbage we see in the store.

This one stood out the most with its multi-colors leaves!  While I was at the Conservatory, I was in a rush for some reasons unknown to me either.  There was nobody around on that day, and I had plenty of time to get back to pick up JoJo from school.

Well, let's get back to the color: is it pink or lavender or what do you call it?  I'm just going to say it is lavender, and call it a day! Have a wonderful weekend, everyone.

Enjoy other entries at Mosaic Monday!

  1. I don't think I have seen a flowering kale in that delicate colour before. I don't know whether it is pink or lavender, either, just that I like it. I have heard these plants are edible, but they are coarse and strong tasting, compared with the ones that have been developed for eating.

Whatever is, it is pretty. I have wondered if it is edible. No reason why not I suppose.
