Fuzzy Purple Flowers
In my friend's yard, she has a collection of beautiful flowers. Some grow on their own, and some she planted. These particular fuzzy flowers came back year after year, and they grew very tall.
On the day of my visit, the wind was strong, and most of my pictures were terribly blurry, or the focus was not what I had in mind. These were what I could salvage after shooting like a nut.
Our typical conversation about these flowers were like this:
Me, "What is this flower called?"
My friend, "I don't know, fuzzy?"
Me, "What is that one called?"
My friend, "Flower!"
Me, "OK."
My friend, "Haha..."
UPDATE--These flowers were identified as Blazing Star Flowers by bfarr!
Have a fantastic weekend, everyone!
Enjoy other entries at Mosaic Monday!
