Are You Covered?
At times, life can throw you a hard ball, and you will try everything and anything to cope with it. One of the most important things in life is to have insurance, especially for business owners. My dear friend has a convenience store, and as things change, she constantly has to look for new business insurance quotes.
Through our conversations, I learn that to run a business without insurance is a suicidal act, since nobody knows when bad things will happen. Thefts and fire are the main concerns, not to mention the power of Mother Nature.
Even though her store is small, she still needs group health insurance coverage to offer to her employees. No one wants to work hard if there are no incentive benefits. Heaven forbid if one of the workers got hurt on the job and there were no health coverage. The amount of medical expenses would definitely put her store under. Every few months, she went online to look and compare insurance quotes in order to keep up with the economy.
