Reflection In the Pond

These pictures were taken earlier in the spring, when the snow just melted. All the dried leaves are still in the pond, and the fishes were not returning to their pond just yet.

I like the way the leaves looked in the water, and the reflection of the fence was just great to look at. It was great to have this place to ourselves, as we took as much time as we wanted to hang around.

This is the fish pond at Belle Isle in Metro Detroit. We come to the island probable four to five times a year since it a little far from our home, but it is worth a trip to be there for the day.

  2. Icy, The more pictures you take of Belle Island, the more I think how beautiful that place must be.
The pond is lovely. You didn't inscribe your name on these pictures.
