Snow and Ice

Even though it is cold, snow and ice, I still get to see beautiful things outside. I like to see clean and white snow on part of our yard like this in the picture below.

When the sun comes out and casts its ray on this part of the snowy yard, it gives me a feeling like I was in North Pole or something. I like the ripples of light and shade.

This piece of ice sculptures itself like a thumb! While the kids were busy playing, building their igloo, I looked for photo opt, and found these very ordinary scenes, but nevertheless have their own beauties.

  11. There is nothing quite like freshly fallen snow in the sunshine, the way it glistens is so beautiful. It does look like a thumb. Great shots!
