In the Picture Frame

I took the photos below from a picture frame hanging by the entrance of a restaurant. Yes, this was my way of not wasting a minute by finding things to shoot. On top of that, you will never know what you might get to see, and this was my chance.

You have to remember that this picture is hanging inside the building, and behind me was a window. I could not believe the reflections I saw from this picture. It was amazing.

Even through another glass window, this picture frame held the reflections of other buildings, cars, sign, trees, and including me. This was one opportunity for a photo shoot, and I was glad I caught it.

  1. Icy, it's a wow of an optical illusion...a reflection within a reflection.you're right, you'll never know what you might get to see...

i am trying to to figure out what's the real picture in the frame.

  3. Lots going on here!
I'm assuming the framed picture is of the name of the town since the title is Our Hometown. Your reflections actually show parts of the hometown - very cool capture!

  9. Cool shot icy, I love that reflection in it's own frame! This is why we always have our cameras close at hand, we never know what's going to show up.

  16. These shots are really cool. When I saw Roseville, it made me think of the street near where I live. I had to do a double take. :)
