Heart Shaped Petals
I saw these beautiful pink flowers at a local nursery in the summer, and was fascinated with so many blooms on one plant. I had no time to investigate or taken notes on all the flowers that I was shooting on that day. So I don't know the name of these flowers either.
Some of these flowers had more pink on them than others do. Some had two tones of white and pink while others were mostly pink. While as the nursery, I always worried that the owners would kick me out for taking pictures, but it hasn't happened yet.
With the forecast of 1-2 more inches of snow today, it was worth digging up my archives to see some flowers. This is the best time of the year for me to see colors, and appreciate them.

Icy, these are so pretty. Why don't flower books have indexes with descriptive words like "pink heart shaped petals". They sure don't make it easy.
