Aster in Natural Sepia
This is how the white New England aster plant looks now. For some reason, this plant seemed to last much longer than others did by the corner of my neighbor's house.

If look carefully, you still can see some white flowers left on this plant, and the leaves are wavy/curly. This plant stays strong even now, under two feet of snow.

I was looking for a nice background of this aster plant, but due to its location, I can't find any other angles to capture it.
The colors are all natural, look just as if it is in sepia, but I didn't add any special effect to it.

Wonderful, Icy. You captured something most of us wouldn't look twice at, but under your fine eye, it is quite beautiful.
Icy, I think you must do something special to coax these flowers into blooming long after all others have ceased!
The colour looks photoshopped. I wouldn't have known it was natural if you hadn't said so.
Can't believe there are still buds on it.
It is strange how some plants seem to hang on long after everything else has disappeared. Nice photos of the aster, it is still pretty.
Natural sepia colored asters, very cool, and I adore those wavy leaves!
despite being dried up and all brown (sepia), it still is beautiful Icy, and the picture looks very natural for me
It looks just right with a white background, great contrast.
These are great shots of these flowers, Icy.
