ReplyDeleteArchitects can be artists, but they must always understand the impact of their buildings on the occupants and the surroundings. The best compliment I ever received was "I didn't notice your addition." That was perfect because the addition was different from the buildings it connected yet harmonized so well that people thought it was there all along.
