Pretty in Pink

As I'm going through my picture folders, I found many flowers that had been neglected and forgotten.

These flowers were also dated back in April, and I just love the deep pink color, with yellow in the middle. I know the name of these flowers, but at the moment, they have escaped my mind.

Beautiful Pink

April in Michigan was still very cold outside, so I must have stalked my supermarket for these pink flowers. I would like to say that they're related to lilies because they look like lilies, but I'm not sure.

Ready to Go Home

These flowers came in a bunch, and they were ready to go home if someone buy them. I love flowers, and I don't like to see them cut. I rather watch them grow and die naturally than in a vase. I'm weird that way!

Pick Me

If you've taken pictures in the market, you must have noticed how poor the lighting was in the market, and since they were for sale, these flowers cramped into a bucket of water. I just quickly took a few and went on my way.

Have a good day everyone!

Icy, they do look like lilies, but we know I'm no expert.

I'm with you on not wanting to cut them and bring them inside, unless there are just so many that a few will not be missed. I would prefer for the beauty to last and everyone to be able to enjoy them.

What beautiful flowers! I really like the shades of pink in the flowers.

Ha, i do take shots of flowers from the supermarket. And yet they are cramped and we can't really see the whole flower. :)

Hi Icy,

I just realized I may have copied your post title, inadvertently. I probably saw it on my dashboard and it stuck in my head and when I got ready to post the pink flowers the other night (extremely late by the way) it just came out.

The next day after I posted it I keep wondering if I had used the title before. I either saw yours or great minds think alike. Sorry about that.
